• Sweetest Creations Bakery gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible bakery purchases, including custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other sweet treats.

• Gift cards do not expire and have no inactivity or service fees.

• Gift cards may be used for multiple purchases until the full balance has been redeemed.

• If the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is not the responsibility of Sweetest Creations Bakery, except as required by law.

• Custom orders are subject to availability, advance notice, and Sweetest Creations Bakery's standard ordering and cancellation policies.

• Sweetest Creations Bakery reserves the right to update these terms in accordance with applicable law, without reducing existing gift card balances or legally protected rights.
